What is Alcohol Detox and when is it necessary?
There is an enormous amount of information on this subject some of which is useful and some of which is false. In this article I am going to look and analyse what is helpful and what is not.

- sudden change in friends
- difficulty conversing with strangers
- Alcohol dependence
This means that you have developed a tolerance to drinking. As a result, you need to drink larger quantities to get high or drunk. This stage requires a more serious approach to detox as the withdrawal symptoms are:
- nausea that is unrelated to a hangover
- body tremors
- severe irritability
- a racing heart
This is the final stage of alcoholism. At this stage, you no longer want to drink just for pleasure. Alcohol addiction is characterised by a physical and psychological need to drink they are often inconsolable until they start drinking again.
How to do alcohol Detox
There are a number of ways to effectuate an alcohol detox but most of them are floored. This is because people manage to stop drinking for a while but more often or not return to it.
